- Prior to SA Global Advisors, he held leadership roles at global companies like Aricent,(KKR & Sequoia Portfolio Co) Tellabs, Lucent, Nortel and a successful Silicon Valley start-up Ciena acquired for $2.2B in 2001.
- Pravin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bombay University, India and MBA from Thunderbird, US.
